Sourced from edible Centaurea cyanus, these petals are a favourite for tea blending (think Earl Grey variations) and for edible decoration on cakes and drinks. For a simple herbal infusion, steep 1–2 tsp per 250 ml in hot water for 3–5 minutes, then strain. As a garnish, scatter lightly just before serving. To keep petals vibrant, store airtight, cool, dry, and away from light. Food-grade; 100% plant-based.
