2004 Grand Red Label Green (Sheng) Menghai Beeng Cha
This is one of the smoothest younger pu-erh’s we have come across. This well known Red Label cake had a great taste of a cake well on its way to becoming an even better older cake. The leaf is full and tender. This cake also had the full front label neifei (inner label) which is pretty special. But the leaves deliver, too. This cake consists of nice full leaves of small to medium size. This cake is bound for glory. The leaves are turning from green to brown, but the taste is totally drinkable as it is today. This is a hand pressed beeng that breaks off with the hand, which is convienent. This is a good one to buy, drink one and stick the other away.
1990 Treasure Collection Special Edition Zhen Cang Pin Red Label
This tea has great big wild leaves which last for many infusions. The taste is full and very balanced. This is one of the sweetest and smoothest aged Pu-erh’s you will taste. Cake weighs closer to 325 g due to aging.
1995 Song Pin Hao Factory Sheng (Raw) Pu-erh Red Label 375g
This is a reissue of the famous Song Pin Hao teas of the early 1900’s. Made at theQian Li Zhen Song Pin Hao Tea Factory presently. Cakes break easily with the hand from hand pressing. Traditional Hong Kong storage (not wet).

1970’s Zhong Cha Iron Cake Simplified Letters 330 gram
This cake was shipped to Hong Kong back in the 1970’s and has the Simplified Characters on the wrappers. They call these Iron Cakes because they are compressed by machine under heavy iron molds which form the shape of the cakes. The wrappers are in great shape considering the age of this tea. It has been well preserved in dry storage. This early production was done in the Kunming Factory. Can be infused many times and is one of the best known old cakes out there.
