The golden-yellow liquor gives off floral and spicy notes, and is full of refreshing spring flavors with balanced astringency. The brew has a sweet lingering finish reminiscent of fresh fruits and muscat.Steeping: 2 teaspoonful per cup (2-3g tea per 8 ounces/ 240 ml) of water at 80°C (176°F) for 4 1/2-5 minutes. For the second infusion we recommend same temperature for 5 minutes.*** If you don’t have a thermometer handy to measure your water temperature, don’t worry!
