In addition to the unique climatic conditions of rain, sunshine, cloud cover, mist and dew, that all Darjeeling tea estates enjoy, the extraordinary setting that surrounds the garden, has contributed largely to Jungpana teas’ revered reputation.This lightly oxidized, early spring tea has an abundance of green leaves having a delicate floral bouquet. The golden-yellow liquor gives off floral and spicy notes, and is full of refreshing spring flavors with balanced astringency. The brew has a sweet lingering finish reminiscent of fresh fruits and muscat.Steeping: 2 teaspoonful per cup (2-3g tea per 8 ounces/ 240 ml) of water at 80°C (176°F) for 4 1/2-5 minutes. For the second infusion we recommend same temperature for 5 minutes.*** If you don’t have a thermometer handy to measure your water temperature, don’t worry!
