Wuyi Star Fujian Lao Cong Shui Xian Oolong Tea Shuixian WUYI YANCHA 125g Tin

125g Premium Da Hong Pao Big Red Robe Oolong FUJIAN Wuyi Rock Tea WUYI YANCHA LAO CHUNG SHUI HSIEN shui xian narcisse Net Weight: 125g/can Season: This Year Harvest season Storage time: 8 Years Storage: Please keep it with the sealed bag,Dry and not direct sunshine. Shui Xian is an Oolong tea that has a flowery aroma and is very flavorful. It originates from Wuyi mountain, FuJian Province China. This mountain is one of the more famous mountain for producing great quality Oolong tea. This tea is cultivated by every single tea farmer in that mountain and is widely drank among Chinese restaurants all over the world. During the Qing dynasty (1644-1911) a new variety of Yan Cha was discovered when oolong tea was made from the leaves of an old tea bush discovered near the mouth of a cave dedicated to the Immortals of Daoism. The tea was found to have a unique flavor and healing properties (specifically in purging the body of heat and poisons). The name “Shui Xian” is often translated as “Narcissus” but, in fact, in the local dialect the word for “praying” sounds like the word “shui” (pronounced “shwee”), which means water. The real meaning of this famous tea’s name, then, is “Praying to the Immortals” – in honor the place where it was discovered – a place of prayer to the Immortals. The leaves are exceptionally long and fragrant and the taste is unique. At first it seems rather light, but the flavor creeps up on you – gradually fillig your whole mouth with rich, dark oolong flavor, followed by a long, smooth finish touched with a gentle hint of smokiness. To Enjoy: Place one spoon into an infuser, filter or teapot. Switch the kettle off, before it boils, when you hear the water rumbling. Add the hot, but not boiling, water and infuse for 3 minutes. Serve immediately or remove leaves to prevent spoiling.

Sea Dyke ChinaTea AT106 Tie Luo Han Iron Arhat Steel Boxed Fujian Oolong Tea 60g

Type: Oolong Tea Manufacturer: Sea Dyke Net Weight: 60g/box, (5g X 12 Pcs) Packaging: Tin Origin: China Tie Luo Han, all but unknown abroad, is the cultivar responsible for one of the four most famous yan cha, the great “rock teas” grown on cliffs in the Wuyi Shan area of Northern Fujian, the Chinese province on the southeastern coast facing Taiwan. Luo Han is derived from an ancient Buddhist Sanskrit term, “Arahant” which was earlier derived from “Arihan” (those who subdue or attain victory over foes). Tie Luo Han might be fancifully translated “Iron Apostle” or “Iron Warrior Monk” being the Chinese for “arhat” or “bodhisattva,” and “iron” describing the tea’s darkish appearance. This oolong tea has a subtle and pleasant aroma, the color of the liquor is a clear and rich orange combined with a delicate floral fragrance. It is full-bodied and supple, with gentle floral notes and the traditional long-lasting finish of oolongs from the Wuyi region. Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe), Bai Ji Guan (White Cockscomb), Tie Luo Han (Iron Arhat), and Shui Jin Gui (Golden Water Turtle) are the best oolong teas from China. This steel boxed Tie Luo Han includes 12 paper bags inner, 5 grams each. Brewing guide: 190F, Boiling first then let water sit for 1 min; Use: 1 tablespoon per 5 ounces of water; Infusion time: 4-5 minutes. Organic Jin Jun Mei Golden Eyebrow Wuyi Black Tea 500g Jinjunmei Red Tea Junmee

Product name: Black Tea Jin Jun Mei Storage: Avoid sunlight, ventilation places Shelf time: 36 months Aroma: Light fragrance Liquor: Bright and clear red in color Taste: Sweet, smooth Net Weight: 500g/bag Season: This Year Harvest Season, Quality: Class I Origin : WuYi Mountain, FuJian province, China Jin Jun Mei is one of the most exquisite examples of Chinese black tea which was created in 2005. It is a black tea originally from the Wuyi region of the Chinese province of Fujian. In the July of 2005, Mr. Jiang Yuan Xun, the general manager of Wu Yi Zheng Shan tea company accompany guests from Beijing to Wuyi mountain. During their visit, they found some tender tea buds in Wuyi National Nature Reserve around 1800 meters above sea level. The gust suggested why not make some black tea with these buds? The buds were then sent to Tongmu village where the first black tea, lapsang souchong was created here 300 years ago. The tea master Mr. Liang Jun De conduct the experiment by himself, the process is based upon traditional lapsang souchong with improved fermentation. The tea is finally finished with a brand new black tea Jin Jun Mei. Jin Jun Mei is made with tea buds only. Every 500 grams of this tea consists of 50,000 sprouts. As a skilled farmer could pluck 2,000 ones everyday, to make one pound of the tea, it takes 20 farmers a whole day to collect the shooots. Delicately twisted leaves with a high concentration of golden tips distinguishes this tea from other black teas. The quality of the tea really shines through in this absolutely gorgeous black tea. The tea itself is stunning in it’s beauty, with tippy golden leaves that smelled malty yet bright. This tea brews up into a deep mahogany color, that holds a very bold, deep and crisp flavor. Be wary of over steeping as this is a high quality tea that can get bitter if brewed incorrectly. A full-bodied infusion deep red with a honey-like sweetness, a subtle milkiness and light coppery finish. The tea has enough flavor to be interesting, without the harsh astringency of some other varieties of black tea. It has a very comfortable taste and does not need anything added to it. Brewing Guide: Brewing this tea is straightforward: use filtered or spring water brought to a full boil, steep in a porcelain, ceramic or glass teapot for 3-5 minutes depending on your personal preference, pour into a cup and enjoy.
