Brewing procedure:In order to feel the full flavor of tea, it is necessary to follow its brewing procedure correctly. Especially it is required to use fresh and light water. When boiling water, it should not be boiled for more than 10 seconds so as not to lose the oxygen in it. Boiled water should not be reheated and used. It is better to use a porcelain teapot, not a metal one. 200 ml of freshly boiled water is added to 2 teaspoons of large-leaved dry tea and the lid of the teapot is covered.
