This Raw tea cake is made of tea leaves that are harvested from Ancient Arbor Puerh tea trees that are situated 1700-1800 meters above sea level. This tea cake is made under the founder and owner of Chen Yuan Hao which is Mr Chen Huai Yuan. He is a prominent figure in the Puerh tea industry as he was one of the pioneers in early 2000's that adopts and re- performed traditional method of making and compress Puerh teas into its various forms. The amount of tea to be brew will depends on your personal preference, my recommended proportion is 3-5 grams tea with 150 milliliters of hot boiling water.According to the tradition Gongfu tea brewing method, in order to further enhance the tea purer aroma, it is necessary to wash the tea with first brew,which is pour out the boiled water immediately for the first time.
