7 lbs of small chunk chaga. Averaging about one inch in diameter. My chaga is always fresh, I sell alot of it. I pick it myself in northern Maine and then clean it and dry it down to 14% or less. I remove all the bark. You will not be disappointed. Your money back ifr not 100% satisfied.

Drain and rinse the meat in cold water, then transfer the meat to a pot with 4 quarts water, and boil. Add the ginseng, ginger, rice wine, red dates, astragalus and Chinese yam. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 3 hours. Rinse and drain the goji berries and add to the soup for the last 10 minutes. Enjoy! Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
