Gargling: Prepare a decoction of 20 g of lime blossom per 250 ml of boiling water, and in the warm decoction can be added 1 teaspoon of baking soda.Used for an irritated throat or for inflamed tonsils. Linden Tincture:Fill a jar with dried linden flower and leaf. Cover the flowers with vodka and place a tight fitting lid on top.Store the jar in a cool, dry place for 2 to 4 weeks. Shake daily.
