Please note that as part of the fermentation process, it is common to see golden or yellow color fungi called Golden Flower fungi (Eurotium Cristatum) on Liubao Dark Tea and these fungi are an indication of good quality dark tea. The Eurotium Cristatum is a known potential probiotic fungus and is commonly seen on dark tea. It is completely safe to drink.
