KEIKO GRADE MATCHA お抹茶まっちゃ稽古用 This is a premium matcha but with less chlorophyll (green pigment that decides its green color profile), resulting in a slightly darker shade and slightly less umami. Used for more everyday purposes and drinking. A versatile matcha- but more easily appreciated for less discerning consumers.
