CREME AU CARAMEL ROOIBOS LOOSE TEA:Herbal Rooibos, needle shaped leaves of Rooibos bush, is well known to produce a caffeine free relaxing drink with soothing character. Delectable Creme Au Caramel is a simple yet rich blend of milk, egg, sugar and vanilla. The sweet toffee notes build to a full symphonic caramel, a natural flavoring for the mellow character of Rooibos. HOT TEA: Put a slightly heaping tsp of loose tea for each 8oz of freshly boiled water. Steep 3-7 minutes. Add milk and sugar to your taste. ICED TEA: 6 slightly heaping tsp of loose tea for each 1QT iced tea. Pour 1 1/4 cup boiling water on tea. Steep 5 minutes. Quarter fill serving pitcher with cold water. Pour into pitcher straining tea. Add ice.

This tea blends best black tea from Ceylon with butterscotch pieces and calendula and sunflower petals. It’s sweet butteriness makes this tea one of the best dessert teas. The slight vanilla notes of the blend mix perfectly with a little milk and a dash of sugar.
