Ingredients: 200 ml of kombucha culture (tea mushroom / SCOBY). 200 ml of kombucha culture (tea mushroom). Add 200 ml of kombucha culture to the prepared tea with sugar. Cover with a cheesecloth. Once ready, you can dilute the kombucha with freshly prepared tea to taste, adding sugar as desired.
