Ayurvedic Golden Milk Blend

Caffeine free, Gluten free, vegan, organic, non-GMO, no added sugar and no preservatives.Paleo and Keto friendly blend.Turmeric and ginger, common Ayurvedic herbs, have both been used for centuries to support Joint health and treat inflammatory conditions. The combination of these two herbs, enhanced by the licorice root and the fragrant lemongrass, creates a wonderful Ayurvedic inspired blend that also promotes digestion. Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant. Ginger is a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent; energizer and stimulator. Ginger root can help relieve upset stomach, indigestion and nausea. There are different types of cinnamon and they are not all created equally. We use only Ceylon Cinnamon (known as “True Cinnamon”) compare to Cassia Cinnamon (known as Chinese Cinnamon). Ceylon is native to Sri Lanka and southern parts of India. Ceylon cinnamon is less common and is quite expensive compared to the more common Cassia cinnamon. Turmeric is better absorbed when consumed with healthy fat such as avocado or a few almonds. All of our ingredients have been lab-tested to be free of lead, heavy metals, and pesticides. We offer proof of testing, upon request. SUGGESTED USE FOR 8oz cup of VEGAN LATTE: Place 1/2 tsp of Golden Milk blend into a blender; add 1 cup of milk of your choice (use non-dairy for a vegan option) and 1 Medjool date, blend until smooth. Heat over medium heat, pour into a cup, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy. Great also as an Iced Golden Milk Latte. Great for hot & Iced latte and as healthy boost to smoothies, baking and cooking.
