The brew has a sweet lingering finish reminiscent of fresh fruits and muscat.Steeping: 2 teaspoonful per cup (2-3g tea per 8 ounces/ 240 ml) of water at 80°C(176°F) for 4 1/2-5 minutes. For the second infusion we recommend sametemperature for 5 minutes.***If you don’t have a thermometer handy to measure your water temperature, don’tworry!
