Then the 20 Cinnamon bags will be packed into one carton. The only ingredient that we’re using is Ceylon True Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Verum) and the only value addition we’re processing is that grounding and packing them into small bags (exactly similar to tea bags). In our Cinnamon Drink product, we use the world’s finest quality of Ceylon Cinnamon which is also known as True Cinnamon. The name Ceylon Cinnamon derived from the country’s former name and is an established geographical indication for Cinnamon. Sri Lanka is the world’s largest producer and exporter of cinnamon. The country produces almost 90% of Cinnamon products to the world market. Other than that, there are various types of grades that reflect the quality of Cinnamon. Above all grades, Alba & C5 grade is the finest quality Cinnamon, and we ensure that in our Cinnamon Drink product, we only use Alba & C5 grade as raw materials. Alba and C5 grade is the thinnest and highest Cinnamon grade in the cinnamon bark family and it has a naturally sweet flavour in it. Also, this grade is the most expensive among the host of grades.
