How to use/consume Rosehips?Internally as a decoction and infusion. Preparation: 1-2 tablespoons rosehip fruits with 1/4 l of water boiled for 10 minutes. The so-called “Rosehip Wine”. Preparation: 1/2 kg of rose hips with 4-5 liters of water and 1/2 kg of sugar are kept next to the stove during frequent shaking. After one week it is filtered and drunk instead of water.
